Boondi Laddu

Boondi Laddu is one of India’s most loved traditional sweets, widely prepared during festivals, celebrations, and religious offerings. Known for its rich taste and soft texture, it is especially popular across South India and North India alike. Boondi Laddu is made from tiny, round droplets called boondi, which are prepared by deep-frying gram flour (besan) batter. These are then soaked in Fructo-Oligo-Saccharides (FOS) and Maltitol which are sweetening ingredients with enriched dietary fiber in place of conventional table sugar or jaggery, providing pleasant sweetness while maintaining the authentic taste and texture, then shaped into round laddus.
