Amruth Healthy Foods: Amruth Healthy Foods is a brand operated by Agri Axis Speciality Foods Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad (FSSAI License No. 13626011000173) manufacturing and selling healthy sweets and snacks.

Customer: Any person placing an order or using our services.

Products: All sweets, snacks, cookies, cookies, confectionary, health foods, and related items sold by us.

All orders become binding once we send a confirmation email or SMS.

However, we offer a 30 minute grace period for cancellations via WhatsApp or email, provided the order has not entered the Processing stage

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without reason, especially if stock is low, ingredients are unavailable, or the order is suspicious.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept online payments (card, UPI, net banking) and may allow cash on delivery (COD) where available.

If a product is listed at a wrong price due to an error, we may cancel such orders and refund you.

Delivery timelines are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, courier issues, or holidays.

Delivery charges are listed at checkout and may vary by location and order size.

For perishable sweets, you must inspect the package on delivery and report any damage or spoilage within 6 hours by email or WhatsApp.

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated here by reference

No returns for perishable food once delivered, except where there is damage, wrong item, or spoilage at delivery.

In such cases, you may be offered a replacement or refund, subject to photo/video proof and our quality check.

Refunds (if any) will be processed through the original payment method, taking up to 5–7 working days.

Our products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or other allergens. Exact allergen information is provided on the product page or label.

You are responsible for informing us and your guests of any allergies; we are not liable for allergic reactions if ingredients are clearly disclosed.

Customers are advised that products containing sugar alcohols (like Maltitol) may have laxative effect if consumed in excess

All products are prepared under hygienic conditions and comply with FSSAI and Indian food‑safety guidelines.

You may not use our website for unlawful activities, hacking, or automated scraping.

We may update or suspend the website temporarily without notice for maintenance or security.

Logos, brand names, recipes, and product designs of Amruth Healthy Foods are our intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our products under your own brand without written permission.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (for example, lost profits or business) arising from our products or website.

Our liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount paid by you for that order.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be visible on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Parties agree to first attempt resolution through discussion or mediation before any legal action.

We gather essential information like your name, phone number, email, shipping address, and payment details during order placement. This enables order fulfillment, delivery tracking, and customer support for our fresh food items. We do not collect sensitive data unless required for specific services, such as dietary preferences.
