He is an expert in field evaluation, data analysis and interpretation. He has authored more than 75 international and national publications, books and several scientific reports. He is recipient of many awards from different scientific bodies related agriculture for his exemplary work. She is serving as the Director of Sahaja Natukodi Company, where she gained valuable experience in managing traditional and natural food products. Currently, she is the Director of Amruth Healthy Foods and Agri Axis Speciality Foods Pvt. Ltd., where she leads the marketing of healthier, high-quality food alternatives that blend tradition with modern nutritional needs. With her strategic vision and commitment to excellence, she plays a key role in driving the company’s growth, ensuring products marketing, and promoting sustainable food practices.

Ms Hemanvi is currently working as a Quality Assurance Executive at Amruth Healthy Foods, with hands-on experience in food safety, quality control, and compliance with industry standards. Previously worked as a Microbiologist and Quality Controller at Sandhya Aqua Exports Pvt. Gujjarlapudi Vishnu Priya is a Food Technology graduate from Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology and Research, with a strong academic background in food processing, quality assurance, and product development. She gained hands-on industrial experience through her internship at Spectra Foods Pvt. Ltd. and later worked as an Online Quality Control Executive at Sandhya Aqua Exports Pvt. Ltd., ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance with export standards. She possesses expertise in quality inspections, production monitoring, and process documentation. Currently, she is working as a Production Executive at Amruth Healthy Foods, where she plays a key role in managing production operations, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the development of healthier food products. Mr. K. Sai Suraj Reddy is a Food Technology professional with a strong foundation in quality assurance, nutrition, and digital engagement. He holds an M.Sc. in Food Nutrition and Dietetics and a B.Sc. in Food Technology from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He has gained valuable industry experience through his work with Parle-G and as an intern at Visakha Dairy, where he developed practical insights into food production and quality standards. Currently, at Amruth Healthy Foods, he contributes across multiple domains including Quality Assurance, Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Creation, supporting both product excellence and brand growth. In addition to his technical expertise, he has a creative background as a YouTuber, collaborating with platforms like V TV Telugu, Myra Media, and Shri Shri Media. His combined strengths in food science and digital communication help bridge the gap between quality products and consumer awareness.

Dr. K. S. Prasad is a highly experienced animal nutrition expert with over three decades of distinguished service in research, quality control, and feed evaluation. He served as Principal Scientist and Head of the Animal Nutrition Division at the National Institute of Animal Nutrition & Physiology, Bangalore. His career also includes key roles at the National Dairy Research Institute, contributing to research, teaching, and extension activities. His work has focused on feed safety, monitoring contaminants, and improving livestock productivity. Dr. Prasad has led several important research projects on animal feed hazards and has numerous scientific publications to his credit. He has also contributed to national bodies such as FSSAI and BIS, reflecting his strong role in shaping food and feed safety standards in India.

Dr Ravindra Babu served as Director of Indian Institute of Rice Research, ICAR, Ministry of Agriculture and during his tenure developed infrastructure research facilities, monitored the progress of more than 52 externally funded projects and 24 contractual research projects. In order to take technologies to the farmer, started the Rythu Sadbhavan Yatra in AP & Telangana and dedicated a fulltime mobile vehicle for soil testing, research inputs and to deliver the best seed to the doorsteps of farmers. Coordinated with Directors of local ICAR institutes to lead multidisciplinary and multi crop teams for providing advisories to farmers in distress. In coordination with PJTSAU & ICAR institutes initiated the Mega Seed Mela to help farmers get best quality seeds for their crops. On the international front, coordinated with International Rice Research Institute, Philippines in leading rice research projects and developed a hybrid rice network project involving 6 south Asian countries. Post- superannuation, Dr Babu worked as Director of Patanjali Bio-research Institute, Haridwar, and trained about 40,000 farmers on Organic Farming in 19 States. He advocated farmers about latest technologies in agriculture practices Developing modern farms, formation of Farmer Producing Organizations (FPO) for the promotion of Organic Farming in India.
