Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Amruth Healthy Foods (operated by Agri Axis Speciality Foods Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad FSSAI License No.13626011000173), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our fresh, perishable products such as traditional sweets, bakery items, confectionary items and healthy snacks. Due to the nature of our goods, which are prepared fresh and have limited shelf life, our policies prioritize food safety, hygiene, and quality. Products delivered under Modern Sweets category will have at least 45 days.
Products delivered under Traditional Sweets category have a shelf life less than 15 days and the exact date which a product to be consumed is indicated on each product.
Country of origin for all ingredients is India unless specified otherwise on the product page.
This policy outlines our rules for order cancellations, refunds, returns, and related matters. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1) Order Cancellation Policy
– Before Processing: You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placement via our website, app, or by contacting support at support@amruthhealthyfoods.com or WhatsApp 9949056111. A full refund to your original payment method will be issued within 5-7 business days.
– After Processing or Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the “Processing” stage (ingredients measured/prepared) or “Dispatched” stage. This is due to the perishable nature of our products, which begin preparation immediately upon confirmation to ensure freshness.
– Notification: We’ll email or WhatsApp you (with your consent via provided number) to confirm the order status and any cancellation eligibility.
2) Returns Policy
– No Returns for Perishables: Due to hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI regulations, we do not accept returns for opened, tasted, or perishable items (e.g., sweets, snacks, bakery goods).
– Exceptions: Returns are accepted only for unopened, undamaged products delivered significantly different from the description (e.g., wrong item, missing components). Contact us within 6 hours of delivery with photos for approval.
– Process: If approved, return the item at our expense within 7 days. We’ll inspect and process per our Refund Policy below.
3) Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the reason for the issue. We aim to resolve within 5-7 business days.
– Change of Mind or Non-Defective Issues: Store credit only (valid for 6 months), equivalent to the order value minus delivery fees.
– Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Products: Full refund to your original payment method or replacement (your choice), including delivery fees. This applies if:
– Products arrive damaged/spoiled (e.g., broken packaging, leakage).
– Wrong item or significantly different from description/photos.
– Short shelf life (<45 days remaining) for Modern Sweets and after use by date in case of Traditional Sweets.
– Non-Delivery or Failed Delivery: Full refund to original payment method if not delivered within promised timeline (typically 2-5 days).
– Partial Refunds: For partial issues (e.g., one damaged item in a combo), prorated refund or credit.
– Payment Method: Refunds follow your payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm). No cash refunds.
Example: If a ₹500 order of laddus arrives with 2 out of 10 pieces damaged, you get a ₹100 full refund or replacement.
4) Delivery Delays and Issues
– We partner with reliable couriers for timely delivery (estimated 2-5 days).
– While not responsible for third-party courier delays, we’ll assist by providing tracking links and escalating issues via support.
– For delays >3 days post-dispatch, contact us for store credit or reshipment (subject to availability).
5) Grievance Redressal
We value your feedback. Email our Grievance Officer at grievance@amruthhealthyfoods.com or WhatsApp 9949056111 with order details/photos. Response within 48 hours; resolution within 15 days as per Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules.

6) Force Majeure and Limitations
We aren’t liable for delays/refunds due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). All disputes governed by Indian law, jurisdiction in Hyderabad courts only.
